Where did this name come from. My love of cooking for my family. After retiring my husband Anthony and I spent a little time with family. While at my brother and sister in law's home in Louisiana, I used some leftover Christmas ham and the bone to make a bean soup. I just gathered what was left, an onion some garlic, the ham bone and some meat and whatever dried beans my sister-in-law had in her pantry. It happened that she had Pinto Beans, Navy Beans and Black-eyed peas, that is when the idea for Two Beans and a Pea came to life. My goal is to revitalize my family recipes and create some new ones along the way.
